API 6A Gate Valves
API manifolds
Mento have considerable experience in the design and manufacture of
manifolds used across several applications and often to a custom-made design.
We design and manufacture the manifolds acc. to API 6A and 16C.
The manifolds will be fitted with our own brands:
Anson gate valves, mud valves, plug valves and Master Flo choke valves,
as well as API studded blocks and/or manifold fittings.
We design and assemble all the major components used within our manifolds,
giving us full control over the project from start to finish.
All engineering and production are done in Mento's facilities in Norway
Butterfly Valves
Ghibson butterfly valve manufacturing started 1984 in Bologna, Italy –
but has also specialized in manufacturing check valves and damper valves.
Ghibson fits Mento perfect since they are a family-owned company who listen to their customers and identify the best solution, in terms of materials and configurations.
Their production is based on modern machining facilities and materials coming only from certified foundries and mills. Their soft seated butterfly valves are designed to meet with most industrial applications, from powder conveyance to petrochemical requirements.
Feature as a special designed shaft-disc connection, higher shaft tensile capacity, greater sealing towards the outside contamination, adjustable lower seat, optimized disc shape to reduce pressure drop, anti-blow out stem and replaceable seats to mention some of them.
Choke Valves
